  • Reaching set sales budgets. The #1 priority of this role is to grow sales and performance. Majority of time and focus should be spent on this. Drive Store sales and productivity through key KPI management (e.g., Store Sales, UPT, Conversion, Repurchase Rate, Productivity and Inventory management)
  • Ongoing SWOT-analysis for your store. Rolling evaluation of short term and long-term opportunities. In example, outline and analyze profitability and from these conclusions, find solutions and lay out future options
  • Effectively coach, motivate and support sales staff to perform at their highest level by educate them in company initiated store operations, selling techniques, product knowledge, customer service and brand. Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor, suggest and implement incentives, sales contests and other motivating factors of selling Eton’s products
  • Proactively, attract, recruit and hire a team of high caliber talent. Build a talent pipeline through networking and competitive shopping. 
  • Ensure a consistent and Branded on-boarding experience for all new hires.
  • Maintain Eton’s Customer Service Excellence. Lead the team to consistently establish client relationships. Maximizing client engagement and providing unique, and personal experiences for our top clients.
  • Evaluate and implement visual merchandising standards as per Eton guidelines.
  • Manage the store by reviewing product assortment and stock flow, analyze the outcome and subsequently make suggestions/changes together with Retail Sales Manager and Retail Merchandiser
  • Plan, prioritize and own all operative work (deliveries, operations, POS and other systematic issues) on store level.
  • Inventory management
  • Initiate and implement Eton events at store level
  • Staff schedule management
  • Responsible for opex at store level. Monitor store expenses and maintain store operating budget while aiming to reduce overall cost.
  • Obsolescence and theft
  • Liaison between store and landlord


The position reports into the Global Retail Sales Manager.


Experience and Qualifications

  • Ideally a minimum of 4 years of store management experience with proven track record of success.
  • And/or a longer extensive sales track record, can be from other similar industries
  • And /or a minimum of 4 years of project management at corporate level with managerial responsibilities
  • Or a combined 4 years of experience in some or many of the above-mentioned tasks
  • Bachelor’s (University) degree
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele and employee development and relations
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in English, additional language is meriting
