We are looking for an experienced Fit & Size Manager to join our Product Team in our head quarters in Gånghester.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how our garments fit, feel, and perform—combining craftsmanship, innovation, and leadership in a creative and collaborative environment. You are responsible for developing and securing best possible fit and size offer, building and maintaining our pattern library, and supporting product development from idea to production. Through strong collaboration and technical excellence, you will enable growth, quality and profitability in line with our brand and business goals.  

With leadership responsibility for the Sewing Atelier Team, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong people leadership, driving clear processes, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

The role is a parental leave substitute for approximately one year, starting from June 2026, reporting to our Chief Product Officer.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
Build, lead, and develop the Sewing Atelier Team, fostering expertise, structure, and collaboration. Secure quality standards for all prototypes developed in the Sewing Atelier, ensuring efficient production and premium results (including make, interlining, and construction). Lead daily operations in the Sewing Atelier to meet deadlines in product development and sample production. Collaborate closely with Design, Product, and Sewing Atelier teams to create and communicate garment technical packs, providing technical guidance throughout development and production. Create patterns based on design sketches and develop accurate size gradings. Develop and maintain fit standards to ensure consistency across product categories. Build, develop, and maintain a structured pattern library. Identify fit and size opportunities based on sales performance, customer insights, competitor analysis, and market trends. Handle all pattern-related tasks connected to Custom Made and On Demand production. Analyze returns data and customer feedback, translating insights into concrete improvement actions. Maintain a proactive approach to research and development, contributing to continuous product improvement. Collaborate with Product and Quality teams to resolve production issues at factory level. Be the super user for Lectra/Crea systems.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in pattern design or equivalent education. Minimum 5 years’ experience in pattern making and product development within the fashion industry in a leading role Strong expertise in silhouette, fit, fabrication, and garment construction. A genuine interest in fashion and textiles, with sensitivity to the standards of a premium/luxury brand. Ability to adapt to changing demands while always keeping the customer in focus. Engaged, driven team player with strong leadership skills. Structured, organized, and detail-oriented working style. Proactive and solution-oriented Fluency in Swedish and English with strong communication skills. Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems, preferably Be Product and Dynamics 365. Proficiency in Lectra Modaris Expert/Mod Pro, CLO, Adobe Illustrator, and Office 365.
