As Buyer at Eton you will be responsible for the purchase and planning of trimmings and packing materials based on forecasts, ensuring adherence to set timelines, deadlines, and securing on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Compliance: Secure compliance for all trimmings and packing materials together with the Quality Team.
• Invoice Control: Oversee invoice control to maintain accurate financial records.
• Supplier Management: Initiate and evaluate new and alternative suppliers to stay current with prices and products.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate any delivery deviations to all relevant stakeholders promptly.

Key Targets

• Stock Level Management: Maintain optimal stock levels.
• On-Time Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of all orders (FO orders).

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills both in Swedish & English
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team
