Eton is seeking to hire a Marketing Project Coordinator to join the Marketing team in Sweden. As Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play an important role, ensuring optimal efficiency in the development of marketing campaigns. By implementing marketing campaigns, preparing marketing strategies, plans and objectives; planning and organizing presentations and updating commercial calendar, you will support our overall communication plan.  

Working closely with all members of the marketing team as well as the various sales channel (Ecom, Retail, SoM & Wholesales) team,s you will have the operational responsibility for Eton globally, ensuring alignment of all Communication initiatives and reaching KPIs.  The position is situated in Gånghester, Sweden.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the execution of marketing strategies to reach company goals
  • Coordinate marketing activities/ projects to ensure timely execution
  • Support in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns/ activations.
  • Market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to facilitate marketing activities and provide updates and reviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
  • Support in uploading / distribution of images and content
  • Develops milestone schedules to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Coordination and monitoring the overall schedule of marketing projects – the Commercial Calendar

The experience you’ll bring is:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications or similar.
  • +3 years work experience within a similar role
  • Strong understanding for marketing activities and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English on operational and strategic level
  • Interest in the fashion industry
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong social skills and a passion for building a brand
  • High level of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
