Mission Statement
As COO, your mission is to lead and optimize Eton’s operational infrastructure, ensuring seamless alignment across IT, production, logistics, and supply chain. You will drive transformative change and innovation across these areas, continuously enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and quality. Your focus on process improvement, digital transformation, and sustainable practices, in close collaboration with HR and Finance, will help position Eton as a leader in men’s luxury fashion, while enhancing both operational efficiency and the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee Eton’s day-to-day operations across IT, production, logistics, and supply chain to ensure seamless delivery of premium quality and efficiency. Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Change Management & Transformation: Drive transformative change through the adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes, ensuring Eton remains at the forefront of innovation and operational excellence. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and management team to develop long-term operational strategies that align with Eton’s goals in the men’s luxury fashion segment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with departments across the organization, with particular emphasis on working closely with HR and Finance to align processes, workforce planning, and budgeting. Sustainability Initiatives: Lead efforts to incorporate sustainable practices throughout the wider organization, reinforcing Eton’s commitment to ethical fashion. Risk Management: Mitigate operational risks by developing and maintaining contingency plans for supply chain disruptions, IT failures, and other operational challenges. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational departments, ensuring goals are met and continuously improved upon.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a COO or similar executive role, ideally within the fashion or luxury goods sector. Strong understanding of operational management, particularly in areas such as production, supply chain, logistics, and IT. Demonstrated ability to drive change and lead digital transformation initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, in addition to being a culture champion. Strong focus on sustainability and process improvement in a fast-paced, high-quality environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field (MBA or similar advanced degree preferred).
