PR & Communications intern

Eton is seeking to hire a PR to join the Marketing Communications team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a PR Intern, you will be an important player in the communications team, ensuring optimal visibility of our brand and be executing the planning of PR and communications activities, events and influencer collaborations, together with the Global PR Director. You will be working closely with all members of the marketing and have the operational responsibility ensuring alignment of all PR initiatives and follow up on set KPIs.

We are looking for an intern with a great interest in fashion and communications together with a good understanding of the media and KOL landscape. Other skills include proficient interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and fluency in both Swedish and English. Tasks will include building and maintaining press and KOL relations, product coordination and other administrative tasks such as media monitoring and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Schedule, manage and coordinate press requests and stylist visits to the Stockholm Showroom
• Coordinate and support at press events and press activations
• Support global influencer plans in close collaboration with the agency and Global PR Director
• Handle monthly reporting for the Swedish market and administrate reporting from PR partners globally
• Manage sample coordination at PR agencies globally, to assure that all agencies showcase the right collection at the right time
• Update seasonal Press Day guidelines Manage the Eton press bank, ensuring it’s up to date and in line with brand guidelines.
• Update Media lists on-going for the Swedish market Support agencies globally on a day-to day basis

The experience you’ll bring is:
Strong media relationships in Sweden especially within fashion press and stylists
Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or similar
Previous experience from similar roles at a PR or Communications agency
Experience within luxury fashion sector
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong social skills and a passion for building a brand
High level of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment Strong oral and written communication skills (English; Swedish)
Familiar with latest trends, technologies/channels and methodologies

Six month internship at our office in Stockholm starting February 2025.
