Eton is seeking to hire a Sales Manager to lead our existing business and expansion in UK/Ireland. This position is a key role within the UK/Ireland wholesale team. The position will be based in our showroom in London. You will report to the Sales Director UK/Ireland + International.

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Key responsible and communication partner with transactional B2B customers 
  • Build long term strategic plans with each partner with on-going progress report and follow up meetings to ensure execution 
  • Set up all customers with Eton digital tools (i.e. digital showroom, B2B/MTM digital app, Endless Aisle) 
  • Execute Forward Order (FO) sell-in for our seasonal collections (spring/summer – fall/winter) 
  • Lead and manage all Eton initiatives and strategies with our partners (e.g. IT, marketing, business analysis, product special makeups)  
  • Work closely with Eton business planners to develop optimal Forward Order (FO) purchases, and Direct Order (DO) replenishment models, as well as other in-season actions to maximize regular price sell-thru, top line growth and profit  
  • Audit annual budget proposal received from Eton Business Intelligence team with bottoms up perspective and confirm corresponding OPEX/CAPEX supporting budgets 
  • Achieve regional EBITDA goals 

 

The experience you will bring is:  

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in premium or luxury apparel and/or accessories 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications or related field or combination of relevant education and/or experience. 
  • Ability to manage high volume of workflow, prioritization, planning and task delegation under tight deadlines  
  • Ability to work successfully as both a member of a team, leading teams and independently with minimal supervision 
  • Ability to think critically and creatively, have a high standard of integrity, and be motivated to incorporate best practices into the organizational structure 
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with a wide range of stakeholders 
  • Business level written and spoken English 
  • Additional language skill is a plus 

 

Start date: August/September – to be agreed upon with the selected candidate.
