We are looking for a Custom Made Lead to join our Product Team in our Head Quarters in Gånghester.

In this role, you are at the heart of our most tailored and customer-centric offereing. As the key link between sales, production and supporting functions, you will ensure that our made-to-order processes run seamlessly, sustainably and in line with Eton’s high standards.

Regular travel to suppliers is required.

The role is a parental leave substitute for approximately one year, reporting to our Planning Manager in the Product Team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

  • Lead, develop, and oversee the end-to-end Custom Made and On Demand processes, ensuring premium quality and operational excellence.
  • Lead and coordinate the need of improved efficiency - producing factory / Crea (system) / cutting machine / production team on site
  • Manage daily operational workflow, including product information, order flow, production coordination, and delivery tracking.
  • Act as the main operational contact between Eton and production partners, continuously optimizing processes and identifying improvement opportunities on-site.
  • Align production capacity with sales forecasts, coordinating updates on volume changes and market shifts.
  • Monitor sales and production performance, proactively addressing risks to service levels, lead times, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date product information across all systems and stakeholders.
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external partners regarding service levels, delivery timelines, and necessary corrective actions.
  • Drive production efficiency and cost optimization while maintaining customer satisfaction, quality standards, and sustainability targets.
  • Lead initiatives for process development, including digital and IT-system enhancements that improve workflow and operational performance.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Fashion/Textile Management, Business Administration, Buying or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience from the textile industry
  • Experience in production planning or operations is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions
  • Skilled at driving your own process and working independently while maintaining collaboration cross-functional
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in systems and administration, with attention to accuracy and structure
  • Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems, preferably Be Product, Dynamics 365, Power BI
