Are you our new executive assistant? We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive person to join our team in Gånghester, Borås!

As Executive Assistant you provide administrative support to the CEO,  management team and manage the front desk at Eton HQ on a daily basis. You are the first point of contact for Eton, which includes offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests and greet people who visit our HQ. The role coordinates front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, mail, packages and redirecting phone calls. All this is done with detailed knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures, and people.

Major Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings and emails.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating influence and diplomacy at all levels – memos, emails, presentations, reports and send-outs.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, customers, and other external partners.
  • Part of planning, organizing, and administrating the company’s internal events and social calendar (Eton360, off-sites, team building events, in-office events, holiday party etc.)


Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, both in Swedish and English.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Outstanding organizational, administrative and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with full discretion and confidentiality.
  • Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
