The purpose of this role is supporting Eton's customers, Sales team and other Eton departments with focus on German speaking markets, while ensuring that daily processes and routines are followed.

  • First line customer support with focus on Eton’s German speaking markets via email and telephone
  • Keep oversight on daily customer flow and communicate with management if customer and/or sales expectations are not met 
  • Support B2B customers using software and tools specified by Eton. Help customers using digital tools 
  • Support Sales Team with required information and by Eton specified tasks. Help Sales Team using digital tools 
  • Support other departments when needed. Train new staff if required 
  • Training new Wholesale/Retail support staff 
  • Support within the department including cover for each other during holidays and free time 
  • Perform all other tasks as specified by department manager 
  • Actively works according to Eton's values and ethics


  • Fluency in German, English and Swedish
    • o You must be fluent in both spoken and written German to effectively communicate with German-speaking customers. Proficiency in other languages, in addition to English and Swedish, can be an added advantage for handling multilingual queries.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
    • o You have strong verbal and written communication skills that are essential for effectively addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a clear and professional manner.
  • Customer Support Experience
    • o You have prior experience in customer support roles, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities
    • o You have the ability to quickly analyze problems, think critically, and provide appropriate solutions to resolve issues independently.
  • Familiarity With Systems
    • o You have proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Dynamics 365 and Helpdesk systems
  • Team Player Attitude
    • o You have a collaborative mindset and can work effectively as part of a team, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Attention to Detail
    • o You pay close attention to detail as it is crucial for accurately documenting customer interactions, recording relevant information, and following up on unresolved issues.

      This is a full-time role, based at Eton’s Headquarter in Gånghester, Borås, reporting to the Global Customer Excellence Director.
