JOB DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this role is to grow the Eton online business on all third-party channels including but not limited to wholesale, concessions, marketplaces and major online retailers.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Work with the Digital Sales team to grow the online wholesale/concession/marketplace business by achieving Objectives and Key Results
  • Partner with the Sales/Retail Manager to run the day-to-day online business for defined customers
  • Create the buy plan in partnership with the relevant cross-functional teams and manage assortment for Eton concessions/marketplaces
  • Be the knowledge expert of all product categories, segmentations and new collections
  • Ensure that wholesale customers are creating a best-in class customer experience and represent the Eton brand correctly
  • Partner with production and marketing teams to ensure major digital accounts have all assets on time, including product descriptions, VPIs, editorial and campaign images
  • Manage product uploads including VPIs and completing product files for digital customers
  • Monitor all major customer websites on an ongoing basis, ensuring they have the correct and most recent product descriptions, VPIs and the brand shop images
  • Provide visual merchandising stories, marketing content and product knowledge packages to customers. Take ownership of the brand's homepage and marketing initiatives as necessary
  • Work with Sales teams and partners to report on online performance for each customer
  • Work closely with the Eton IT, Design and Marketing teams sharing learnings from customer accounts, and improve on product data and integration needs as well as synergies and processes
  • Ongoing meetings with digital partners to seek out opportunities to grow and improve Eton’s presence online
  • Be the key person when starting the integration/launch process with new Digital Wholesale/Concession/Marketplace partners and work closely with IT and Design to ensure all product specific needs are covered
  • Plan and suggest marketing activities (Brand and Performance) based on available/ agreed budget
  • Enhancing relationships with major accounts by providing detailed feedback and recommendations based on audit findings.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have proficiency in using digital sales tools and platforms, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools.
  • You have excellent Microsoft Excel skills for product data handling and analytical purposes.
  • You have 3–5 years eCommerce/marketplace experience. This includes a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, and nurturing client relationships.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications. While not always mandatory, a degree provides a strong foundation in business principles and marketing strategies.
  • You have demonstrated success in previous roles that required strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and performance measurement. Experience with data analytics tools and techniques is advantageous.
  • You have excellent cross-functional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • You have a proactive and results-driven mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward independently. Previous experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment is beneficial.
  • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and techniques is advantageous.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English, German and French are desired and a bonus.

    This is a full-time position based at Eton’s headquarters in Gånghester, Borås, reporting to the Global Customer Excellence Director.
